Waiting is the Hardest Part

Thoughts

My post will be short today.

We are waiting for a typhoon within the next 36 hours. This typhoon is really strange as it is coming from the west and not from the east.

Most of the time, we get our typhoons after they have used up most of their energy passing over the eastern part of Luzon island. This time we will get a fresh and very strong storm. What makes matters worse is it is slowing up. That can cause extreme levels of rain and flooding.

There is a small chance that the storm may moved north and just skim us. That is a very small chance.

The only thing we can do is wait and pray. This is just the start of 6 months of rainy season. Filipino down south are still suffering from weeks of rain and flooding. I hope that they get a break from this storm as they deserve some rest.

We will wait and see. In these times, man has little control over the future. Waiting is always the hardest part of any impending storm.
